1.The prices we give to you do NOT include any international air flight fares, other than those indicated in the specific tours, such as for example Bangkok - Hanoi, if Vietnam is included in the holiday. Air fares such as London - Bangkok are excluded.
2.We give you our complete price to which you pay nothing more unless you require special facilities, not mentioned in the tours, for example handicap carers, foreign speaking guides other than English, special transportation etc.

3. Company name and address: Asia Paradise Eco Tours is part of the WWT company, of 1956/87, Sukhumvit Soi 78, Samrong-Nua, Muang Samut Prakan, Bangkok Thailand 10270.
4. When a person submits the booking form, he/she does so on behalf of all the individuals included on it, such that all are bound by the booking conditions described here.
5. A 50% deposit is required and should be sent with a completed booking form. Acceptance of this deposit will be confirmed in by writing (e-mail or fax) at which time a contract with Asia Paradise becomes effective. This contract is governed by Thai law and is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Thai courts.
6. Final payment for all trips is due 15 days prior to the trip departure date. If your balance is not paid as specified above, Asia Paradise reserves the right to cancel a booking, unless otherwise arranged in writing. Payments can be made by bank remittance or major credit card (Visa or MasterCard) via Pay Pal. You will be sent an email link to the secure PayPal website for payment.
7. Any cancellations by the client must be made to Asia Paradise in writing. At the time we receive the communication, the following cancellation charges will apply.

8. Asia Paradise reserves the right to cancel a field trip or expedition in the event that less than the minimum number of required persons have signed-up. If Asia Paradise is forced to cancel an expedition or field trip for any reason other than "force majored" (war, threat of war, civil or political unrest, act of god, adverse weather conditions, strike, etc.), we will provide a full refund of any monies paid. In the event of force majored, any reasonable costs incurred by Asia Paradise will be deducted from your refund. All refunds will be restricted to monies actually paid to Asia Paradise, and in no case will the company be responsible for additional expenses incurred by the client (e.g. airfares, visa fees, insurance premiums, etc.).¬Ý
9. Asia Paradise reserves the right to amend without prior notice prices of field trips or expeditions as a result of factors beyond the company's control (e.g. changes in exchange rate, increase in government imposed fees, etc.), even after the client has entered in to a contract with Asia Paradise. The company will however do its best to limit any increases and will inform the client of such increases not less than 15 days from the trip departure date. Should any price increases exceed 10% of the total cost, the client is free to cancel the booking and will obtain a full refund of all money paid to Asia Paradise. However, no additional charges will be made following the above mentioned notice periods.
10. Adequate medical and accident insurance is the responsibility of the client. It is recommended that this cover you fully against repatriation and the cost of evacuation from remote areas.¬Ý
11. The client is responsible for maintaining appropriate insurance for personal possessions. Asia Paradise will not be responsible for loss or damage to personal possessions, unless as a direct result of negligence.
12. The trip leader has the right to disqualify anyone at any time during the trip if the trip member is considered incapable of undertaking the trip, or performs an illegal act during the trip, or in the opinion of the trip leader is acting detrimentally to the safety and welfare of the group.
13. Asia Paradise provides programmes in wilderness areas. Upon completing and submitting the booking form, the client acknowledges that he/she is voluntarily participating in a trip which involves various risks and dangers. Asia Paradise will not be held responsible, unless as a direct result of negligence, for any mishap to the client or his/her property.
14. Clients are fully responsible for ensuring that they are fit to undertake the trip, and Asia Paradise assumes no responsibility regarding the provision of medical care. All clients are required to complete a Health Certificate prior to a trip. If the client is over 70, Asia Paradise requires a doctor to sign this certificate.
15. The client is responsible for ensuring the provision of all relevant travel documents
16. Under no circumstances will Asia Paradise be held responsible for any wildlife mentioned in the company's documents that is not actually viewed by the client.
17.INTERNATIONAL TRAVEL: We DO NOT arrange or include international air travel in our tours apart from other countries included. Customers MUST show full booking details of return flights when booking tours with us.
18. VISAS: The customer is responsible for obtaining VISAs for any country where one is necessary. UK customers do not need one for Thailand, if less than 30 days but if you are on the Vietnam tour a VISA MUST be obtained prior to leaving your country. Cambodia VISAs can be obtained at the border at nominal cost. Take four passport-sized pictures with you.
19. VACCINATIONS: Please check current requirements with your GP. Malaria tablets are NOT required for travellers in Thailand unless you go near the Laos, Burma, or Cambodian borders. Please check current rquirements for Vietnam, Cambodia, Laos.20. All pictures given to you for use in electronic or printed media are copyright Asia Paradise 2008 and are solely for promotional use of tours we sell to you, by you, inserted into media created by you and no other third party. Any breach of this copyright will result in legal action.
